Harwell Howard Hyne Gabbert & Manner Announces Move to AT&T Building
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Dec. 19, 2011) --- Harwell Howard Hyne Gabbert & Manner, P.C. (H3GM) announced today that it has signed a long-term lease for space on the 14th and 15th floors at 333 Commerce Street, home to the Tennessee headquarters of AT&T. H3GM will move into the 26,500 square feet of space in the spring of 2012.
Mark Manner, managing shareholder of H3GM, explained the reason for the firm’s choice. “As we were considering our long-term leasing options we became aware that the AT&T Building, Nashville’s most recognizable and iconic Class A office building, might be available for the first time to other long-term tenants. The AT&T Building is well known for its great accessibility, ample parking, and excellent location, but historically it has been used only by AT&T and as temporary space for large corporate tenants entering the Nashville market. We felt it was a great opportunity for H3GM to take the lead in becoming the first tenant outside of AT&T to sign a long-term lease at the building. We look forward to continuing to serve the needs of our clients from this new and exciting location.”
John Keller and Rick Helton, at ProVenture Commercial Real Estate, represented H3GM. Melissa Bush, Buck Haltiwanger and Billy Lyell of Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone represented 333 Commerce Street.
“In addition to being an iconic building for the Nashville skyline,” says John Keller, “the AT&T Building at 333 Commerce Street is a very high-quality office property that offers amenities unmatched in the market place. With the recent opening of this building to long-term tenants, the property should be an attractive option for other professional service firms and corporate headquarters.”
H3GM has engaged STG Design, Inc. and DWC Construction Company, Inc. to complete the space renovation.
