SUSAN SIDWELL, as head of H³GM’s Securities Practice Group, represents businesses in their capital raising endeavours. She advises her clients on securities offerings: initial public offerings, secondary offerings and private placements of securities. Her practice also includes on-going SEC compliance, venture capital investments, and issues involving listings on the NYSE, NASDAQ and other exchanges.

With a background in accounting, Susan is drawn to the technical side of securities work. She is particularly adept at guiding clients through complex SEC filings. Clients look to her for advice on registration statements for IPOs and secondary offerings, as well as on the filing requirements for mergers of public companies.

Throughout her career she has worked with clients in a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, life sciences and biotechnology, real estate and technology.
