JONATHAN HARWELL is a founding member of H3GM and currently is Of Counsel in the firm's Real Estate and Corporate practice groups.

Jonny is a career-long member of the Nashville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations. As a member of the Nashville Bar Association, he has served the Nashville legal community in a variety of capacities including the following: from 1977 to 1979 he served as chair of the NBA's Grievance Committee; from 1981-1982 he served as chair of the NBA's Judicial Endorsement Committee; from 1983-1984 he served as chair of the NBA's Chancery, Circuit and Probate Court Committee; from 1985-1986 he served as chair of the NBA's CLE Committee; and, from 1986 to 1989 he served as a member of the NBA's board of directors. Jonny was elected president of the Nashville Bar Association in 1989, and from 1989-1990 he was a member of American Bar Association's Board of Elections. He has also served as a member of the Vanderbilt School of Law Alumni Board and Leadership Nashville. Jonny received his B.A. and LL.B from Vanderbilt University.
