GLENN ROSE solves problems. When a company is faced with a complex business issue - whether it is related to a business dispute, corporate governance or financial viability - he identifies strategic solutions to protect the interests of his clients.

With almost 30 years of experience, Glenn understands business – what a company does, how it works, its priorities and its financial position. He uses this experience to help debtors facing financial difficulty, as well as creditor committees and others who have an interest in troubled businesses. After analyzing each client’s unique situation, Glenn determines if the best strategy is a traditional bankruptcy or a more creative out-of-court restructuring. When a struggling company needs to file bankruptcy, Glenn develops and implements a plan to complete the case in an efficient and positive manner. He also helps his clients understand on the front end the bankruptcy process and the likely outcomes.

The issues facing many of Glenn’s clients are not the financial health of their companies, but rather issues related to corporate governance or major disputes with third parties. He advises boards of directors to minimize the risk of litigation, and he represents clients in litigation alleging securities laws violations, breaches of contracts, violations of the False Claims Act and breaches of fiduciary duty by officers, directors and controlling shareholders.

In “America’s Leading Business Lawyers,” published by Chambers and Partners, Glenn is described as “outstanding, tough and soft-spoken,” with the “capacity to develop and follow a strategy in a thorough and consistent manner,” leading to “impressive results.”
