DAVID MCDOWELL, a member of H³GM’s Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Commercial Bankruptcy and Reorganization practice groups, is analytical and detail-oriented.  These traits are what his clients value when he represents them in a business dispute or bankruptcy.

David assists in complex litigation and handles a wide variety of business disputes involving contract interpretation, business torts and trade secrets, employment law matters, and real and intellectual property claims.

David also represents both debtors and creditors in business bankruptcies and reorganizations. He has handled many preference claims and fraudulent conveyance claims along with a variety of collection matters.

Prior to joining H³GM, David practiced in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Justice Department as an honors attorney in the Transportation, Energy and Agriculture section.
