H3GM represented the not-for-profit YMCA of Middle Tennessee in its efforts to construct a new family wellness center in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. We assisted the YMCA in the purchase of over 14 acres of land for the facility. Additionally, we assisted in the donation negotiations for 40 acres of land to be used for a future campsite, the construction of an access road, easements and naming rights to the camp.
