H3GM represented Quorum Health Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:QHGI) from the company's formation in 1992 until it was sold to Triad Hospitals (NYSE:TRI) in 2001. At the time, Quorum was the largest provider of contract management services to not-for-profit hospitals in the U.S with over 20,000 employees in 40 states. Over the course of the relationship, H3GM advised Quorum on over 50 hospital acquisitions/dispositions valued at over $58 billion.
