OralDNA Labs: Sale to Quest Diagnostics

H³GM advised OralDNA Labs Inc. and its management team, led by CEO Brian Carr and Chairman Tom Nabors, in the company’s sale to Quest Diagnostics Incorporated (NYSE: DGX), based in Madison, New Jersey.

OralDNA is a specialty diagnostics company established to bring medical laboratory diagnostics to the dental field.

H³GM previously represented Mr. Carr in other ventures, most recently American Esoteric Laboratories, including its formation, venture capital funding, growth through strategic acquisitions, and eventual sale to Sonic Healthcare, a public Australian healthcare company, for over $180 million.
