H3GM represented Navigator Group Purchasing, Inc., one of the nation's largest and fastest growing group purchasing organizations focused on servicing long term care facilities, in its sale to Managed Health Care Associates, Inc.
Navigator delivers savings and cash flow improvements to nursing home customers through its food program, supply contracts, and diverse technology tools. Navigator became a subsidiary of MHA and continues to use its name in the marketplace. Navigator's entire management team, including Mark Eaton, Jake Eaton and Tim Stefan remained with MHA to run the subsidiary.
