H3GM attorneys at  advised Juris Inc. in the sale of its law firm management software business to LexisNexis®, a division of Reed Elsevier (NYSE), in a transaction that provides liquidity to Juris’ stockholders and allows LexisNexis to better serve law firms of all sizes.  Juris, Inc. specializes in law office management and business software designed specifically for small and medium sized law firms.  H3GM's history with Juris includes legal representation in the areas of acquisitions, intellectual property, and operational matters.
