(October 2006) - Harwell Howard Hyne Gabbert & Manner, P.C. assisted Dialogic Communications Corp. (DCC), based in Franklin, Tennessee, in the sale of the company to PLantCML, a privately-held company based in Temecula, California. DCC provides emergency notification software and services and will be combined with PlantCML to create one of the largest emergency response service companies in the United States. Golden Gate Capital provided the financing for the transaction.

H³GM represented DCC from the time of its formation in the 1980's through its sale in October 2006.
