JACOB FELDMAN is a member of the H3GM Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities, and Technology and Intellectual Property practice groups. Jacob received his JD from Vanderbilt University where he was on the dean’s list, and was an active member of the Patent & Intellectual Property Student Organization and the Vanderbilt Trial Advocacy Society. Jacob received a BS, with honors, in business administration from Rochester Institute of Technology.
