JONATHAN STANLEY focuses his practice in the areas of corporate and securities law, including the representation of both public and private companies in merger and acquisition transactions.  Jon also regularly assists public clients with issues relating to the disclosure of compensation arrangements under the federal securities laws, including under proxy, Section 16, and '34 Act rules. 

Jon received his law degree from Vanderbilt University.  While at Vanderbilt, he was on the dean’s list and served as an associate editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review.  Jon received his bachelor's degree in history from the University of Virginia in 1998.
