TRACY LUJAN is a member of H3GM's Commercial  Bankruptcy, Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Employment Law practice groups.  Tracy began her career with Otten Johnson Robinson Neff & Ragonetti, P.C. in Denver, Colorado, and later joined H3GM in October 2002.

Tracy received her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee where she was elected to Order of the Coif and served as the executive associate editor of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. She received her BA in English from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Tracy is currently licensed to practice in Tennessee and Colorado and has been admitted in the United States District Court for the Districts of Colorado and Middle Tennessee and the Tenth Circuit. She is a member of the American, Tennessee, and Nashville Bar Associations.
