Nashville, Tenn., November 4, 2009 - H³GM attorneys recently served as legal counsel to Nashville West Shopping Center, LLC, a joint venture between Parkes Development Group, LLC and Newton Oldacre McDonald, LLC, in its negotiations with Regions Bank and three other lending institutions to restructure a $90 million credit facility.  The restructured credit facility includes $11 million in funding to be used on parts of the existing 600,000 square foot Nashville West Shopping Center and to complete an additional 25,000 square feet of retail space.
