Craig Gabbert Named “Bankruptcy and Creditor-Debtor Rights Lawyer of the Year for 2010”

Nashville, Tenn., November 11, 2009 – Best Lawyers, the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession, has named Craig V. Gabbert, Jr. as the “Nashville Best Lawyers Bankruptcy and Creditor-Debtor Rights Lawyer of the Year” for 2010.

Craig Gabbert, a shareholder at Harwell Howard Hyne Gabbert & Manner, P.C. (H3GM), counsels clients regarding commercial litigation and financial workouts, as well as debtors and creditors in commercial bankruptcies and reorganizations. He is also listed as a Rule 31 General Civil Mediator. Craig is the head of H3GM’s Alternative Dispute Resolution practice group and a member of the Commercial Bankruptcy and Reorganization and Litigation practice groups.

After more than a quarter of a century in publication, Best Lawyers is designating “Lawyers of the Year” in high-profile legal specialties in large legal communities. Only a single lawyer in each specialty in each community is being honored as the “Lawyer of the Year.” Steven Naifeh, Managing Editor of Best Lawyers, says, “We continue to believe – as we have believed for more than 25 years – that recognition by one’s peers is the most meaningful form of praise in the legal profession. We would like to congratulate Craig V. Gabbert, Jr. on being selected as the ‘Nashville Best Lawyers Bankruptcy and Creditor-Debtor Rights Lawyer of the Year’ for 2010.”
